Algal blooms caused by eutrophication are a major global problem, and the monitoring prediction of algal densities in lakes important indicators management. However, reliability commonly used chlorophyll-a (Chl-a) to characterize phytoplankton density lake environments needs be further investigated. In this paper, we sampled analyzed 365 samples from nine plateau Yunnan Province during dry rainy seasons. The Chl-a data measured laboratory spectrophotometric method portable YSI multi-parameter water quality meter (YSI) directly field were compared, regression analysis correlation with performed. The restoration of submerged macrophytes is commonly limited by abiotic stress. Here, we isolated PGPR strains from the rhizosphere using ACC deaminase selective medium, and evaluated their growth promoting effects on Vallisneria natans (V. natans) under low light intensity (or) high sediment organic matter load, also explored indigenous microbiome response V. seedlings to inoculants. Ten isolates were chosen 252 based activity production IAA siderophore. M1 (Pseudomonas vancouverensis) E15 (Enterobacter ludwigii) had best stress double shoot height increased 36% 46%, respectively. results analysis showed that inoculants could regulate relative abundance unclassified_f_Enterobacteriaceae improve α-diversity bacterial community. Under inoculation obviously shifted β-diversity communities promote early natans. This study expands application plant–microbe interaction in field freshwater ecological restoration.
