The general purpose of this research is to test the applicability career construction model with structural equation in explaining relationships between adaptive readiness (personality traits and hope), adaptability resources (career adaptability) adapting responses decision-making self-efficacy).This was carried out participation 296 emerging adulthood [Ageranj = 19-26, AgeMean =21.46,AgeSd 1.29] different departments education faculty a public university Turkey.Data gathered through Dispositional Hope Scale, Big Five Inventory, Career Adaptabilities Scale Decision Self-Efficacy Scale.A two-stage based on maximum likelihood estimation used data analysis.The mediation interpreted according stages Baron Kenny.The tested findings confirmed.

Recently, scientific theories on career satisfaction (CS) have been promoted worldwide. Research the subject has become more and popular, especially during COVID-19 pandemic. This study adds to existing literature by investigating impact of organizational support through mediation role job crafting work engagement among Chinese teachers. A diverse sample teachers (n = 3147) was drawn from various schools in Zhejiang province (P.R. China), June September 2021. SPSS 26 software with PROCESS macro JASP used analyze data. The findings demonstrate that perceived (POS), (JC), (WE) a significant positive relation teachers’ satisfaction. POS serially associated JC (b 0.34, p 0.001), CS 0.40, WE 0.49, p0.001). residual direct pathways for → 0.55, 0.001, 95% CI [0.51, 0.60]) 0.47, [0.44, 0.50]) were significant. Abstract Introduction Turnover intention among nurses has risen in an alarming rate since the onset of pandemic. There are various underlying factors to turnover intention. The present study aims determine effect a number mental on nurses’ professional-turnover through two modulators stress and resilience over COVID-19 period. Methods current cross-sectional was conducted at three hospitals Khuzestan Province, southern Iran, during winter 2021. To collect data, given restrictions place period, web link electronic self-reported questionnaires (including general health, workload, work-family conflict, resilience, job stress, corona fear, intention) were sent 350 e-mail other social media (WhatsApp Telegram). Accordingly, they asked complete questionnaire rest periods within weeks. Totally, 300 people (85% participation) filled out questionnaires. Finally, model constructed Amos software. Results results showed that four independent parameters decreasing increasing WFCs fear can indirectly increase by stress. Among these variables, highest indirect coefficient related health parameter (-0.141). also demonstrated negative correlation between with lower raising and, consequently, quit job. Conclusion Mental affecting intension identified this path analysis.
