The sustainable career scale (SCS): development, validity, reliabilityand invariance

Purpose The concept of a “sustainable career” has gained significant attention in recent academic literature, extending beyond mere professional success, encompassing elements happiness, health, productivity and social empowerment. This study aims to develop validate the sustainable career scale (SCS) measure this multidimensional construct, including innovative dimension “social empowerment,” which emphasizes importance responsibly addressing global needs challenges. Design/methodology/approach research comprises five studies with distinct objectives: Study 1 focuses on item development latent structure verification; 2 confirms factorial structure; 3 assesses concurrent discriminant validity; 4 examines predictive validity reliability; 5 measures gender invariance. Findings Results demonstrate reliability SCS items structure. Concurrent are supported by analyzing relationships work engagement, meaning, employability, burnout, decent job satisfaction. Resources and Personal Adjustment for Career Transitions Among Adolescents: A Latent Profile Analysis

ABSTRACT Introduction Career transitions are considered to be the most challenging tasks in adolescence. Character strengths as predictors of general and academic self-efficacy in university students

Career adaptability in the new normal world of work: exploring the post-pandemic research trends using bibliometric analysis
