Online counseling is a service provided to students for the academic success of in college. This research type survey where object young generation aged 15-25 years. Purpose The concept of a “sustainable career” has gained significant attention in recent academic literature, extending beyond mere professional success, encompassing elements happiness, health, productivity and social empowerment. This study aims to develop validate the sustainable career scale (SCS) measure this multidimensional construct, including innovative dimension “social empowerment,” which emphasizes importance responsibly addressing global needs challenges. Design/methodology/approach research comprises five studies with distinct objectives: Study 1 focuses on item development latent structure verification; 2 confirms factorial structure; 3 assesses concurrent discriminant validity; 4 examines predictive validity reliability; 5 measures gender invariance.
