Copper oxide (CuO) nanoparticle- (NP-) decorated carbon NPs (CNPs) were produced as colloidal suspension through pulsed laser ablation technique in liquid (PLAL) medium. The antimicrobial activity of the was tested against Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) and Escherichia coli (E. coli), anticancer breast cancer cell line, MCF-7, together with biocompatibility assessment these NPs. X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns obtained CNPs showed peaks at 26.58° 43.78° (2θ) identical to (002) (111) planes, respectively, phases. It also displayed new 38.5° 48.64° after doping CuO Transmission electron microscope (TEM) images revealed crystalline nature spherical shape prepared 5-40 nm diameter ranges. In addition, NP effects on bacterial walls nucleic acid confirmed using a scanning (SEM) microscopic fluorescence analysis. antibacterial SEM examinations pathogenic microbial species, S. Secondary metabolites derived from plants have demonstrated significant biological activity and hold both edible medicinal significance. These compounds play a crucial role in the development of pharmaceuticals, particularly context inflammatory disorders chronic diseases associated with oxidative stress. The objective this study was to investigate chemical characterization, antioxidant potential, antibacterial properties aqueous extract Anacyclus pyrethrum (AEAP). To achieve this, we employed various analytical techniques including HPLC–ESI–MS/MS, Fourier transform infrared, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, energy-dispersive spectroscopy. AEAP assessed using DPPH (2,2-Diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl) reducing power assays, while evaluated against Gram-negative (Escherichia coli Pseudomonas aeruginosa) Gram-positive bacteria (Staphylococcus aureus Enterococcus faecium) broth microdilution assay. Our findings AEAP, as well broad-spectrum bacteria. HPLC analysis identified important bioactive compounds, notably pellitorine 3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid, known for their properties. Overall, potent activities, suggesting its potential valuable natural source therapeutic applications.
