A reward shaping deep deterministic policy gradient (RS-DDPG) and simultaneous localization mapping (SLAM) path tracking algorithm is proposed to address the issues of low accuracy poor robustness target for robotic control during maneuver. Tuned mass damper inerter is a passive control device that proven to be effective in mitigating structural responses under earthquake excitations, however, its efficiency highly depends on design parameters.
