Abstract Milk, as a widely consumed nutrient‐rich food, is crucial for bone health, growth, and overall nutrition. The persistent application of veterinary drugs controlling diseases heightening milk yield has imparted substantial repercussions on human health environmental ecosystems. Due to the high demand, fresh consumption, complex composition milk, potential adverse impacts drug residues, advanced greener analytical methods are necessitated. Among them, functional materials‐based attract wide concerns. magnetic molecularly imprinted polymers (MMIPs), kind typical material, possess excellent greenification characteristics potencies, they easily integrated into various detection technologies, which have offered green approaches toward analytes such in milk. Despite their increasing applications great potential, MMIPs’ use dairy matrices remains underexplored, especially regarding ecological sustainability. This work reviews recent advances synthesis efficient sorbents extraction followed by chromatographic analysis. uniqueness effectiveness MMIPs real samples evaluated, current limitations addressed, opportunities proposed. show promise revolutionizing procedures detection, aligning with goals modern food production systems.

17β-Estradiol (E2) can cause an adverse effect on the human endocrine system even at nanomolar level. Measurements of very low levels E2 remain a critical challenge due to insufficient sensitivity. In this study, multistep isothermal amplification fluorescence strategy was constructed, which could realize exponential target E2. Specifically, strand displacement reaction (SDA), rolling circle (RCA), and multiprimed (MRCA) were combined in series quantify trace complementary (cDNA). The aptamer cDNA hybridized modified magnetic beads. bind its release cDNA. Then, would combine with template DNA, initiating SDA–RCA–MRCA. molecular beacons, possessing background signal, whose quenched state chain folding, be specifically recognized by long single-stranded DNA (L-ssDNA) generated triggered cDNA, then beacons restored. Therefore, quantitatively detected recovery intensity. value showed good linear relationship concentration range 0.001836–183.6 nM, limit detection (LOD) as 63.09 fM. addition, rates method spiked milk water 80.8–107.0%, respectively. This has advantage obtain abundant signals, may provide new possibility for highly sensitive other small-molecule targets.

Steroids are compounds widely available in nature and synthesized for therapeutic medical purposes. Although several analytical techniques the quantification of steroids, their analysis is challenging due to low levels complex matrices samples. The efficiency quick separation HPLC combined with sensitivity, selectivity, simplicity, cost-efficiency fluorescence, make coupled fluorescence detection (HPLC-FLD) an ideal tool routine measurement steroids. In this review, we covered HPLC-FLD methods reported literature steroids clinical, pharmaceutical, environmental applications, focusing on various approaches fluorescent derivatization. aspects related methodology including sample preparation, derivatization reagents, chromatographic conditions will be discussed.

Rapid and sensitive detection technologies for food contaminants play vital roles in safety. Due to the complexity of matrix trace amount distribution, traditional methods often suffer from unsatisfying accuracy, sensitivity, or specificity. In past decades, single-molecule (SMD) has emerged as a way realize rapid ultrasensitive measurement with low sample consumption, showing great potential detection. For instance, based on nanopore technique, simple effective analysis have been developed. To our knowledge, there rare review that focuses SMD techniques The present attempts cover some typical safety, including electrochemistry, optical spectrum, atom force microscopy. Then, recent applications these detecting such biotoxins, pesticides, heavy metals, illegal additives are reviewed. Finally, existing research challenges future trends safety also tentatively proposed.
