Abstract Ceramides are a family of lipids constituted by sphingoid base and fatty acid. In the skin, they mainly present in stratum corneum where, with cholesterol free acids, constitute inter‐corneocyte lipids. With other lipid groups, play key role formation dense lamellar structures between adjacent corneocytes, collectively ensuring vital efficient barrier to water evaporation protection from foreign agents´ penetration. Abstract Background The skin condition of women is different at ages, and surface lipids are also different. According to the “7–7 theory” Huangdi Neijing, physiological changes significantly every 7 years, aged 22–28 in “4–7” stage as mentioned Neijing. Women's states ages produces lipids. Objectives To explore key that contribute differences between 29–35 relationship with parameters daily routine. Methods Differential were detected screened year old (group D1) D2) dry‐skinned using UPLC‐Q‐TOF‐MS correlated two groups questionnaires based on basic information, lifestyle habits, work situation, emotional stress. Results results showed all eight major classes had highest expression D2 group, largest glycerophospholipids, glycerol esters, fatty acids. BMI value group was higher than D1 elasticity index (R2) brightness (L, a, ITA values) lower Cer (d18:0/16:0) positively R2, L, ITA, LMSP01080056 (N,N‐dimethyl‐Safingol) b‐value, LMSPGP03020013, LMSPGP03020014, LMSP03020024 negatively R2. Conclusions Cer(d18:0/16:0) a neurosphingol inhibits elastase expression. N,N‐dimethyl‐Safingol readily undergoes oxidation form yellow‐brown solids. macromolecular structure excessive carbonyl [LMGP0302] susceptible cross‐linking stress reactions, which accelerate aging reduce elasticity, thus, they may be contributing age groups.

The extracellular lipid matrix in the stratum corneum (SC) plays a critical role skin barrier functionality, comprising three primary components: ceramides, cholesterol, and free fatty acids. diverse differentiated by molecular structures such as hydroxylations varying chain lengths, are essential for matrix's structural integrity. Recently, new subclass of ceramide, 1-O-acylceramide NP (CerENP), has been identified; however, its precise SC is still elusive. Herein, we investigate CerENP on structure permeability using dynamics simulations. Our findings indicate that contributes to compact lateral dimension our model with repeat distance about 13 nm. Additionally, ethanol assessments show effectively reduces penetration through matrix. This study provides an insight into ceramide SC, enhancing understanding mechanisms behind dysfunction diseases.

The skin is the largest organ of human body and widely considered to be first-line defense body, providing essential protection against mechanical, physical, chemical damage. Keratinocytes are primary cells outer layer epidermis, which acts as a mechanical permeability barrier. epidermis permanently renewed tissue where undifferentiated keratinocytes located at basal proliferate migrate overlying layers. Here we report that some components affect formation differentiation stratum corneum, most specialized epidermis.
