Two triple interpenetrating Zn(II)-based MOFs were studied in this paper. Named [Zn6(1,4-bpeb)4(IPA)6(H2O)]n (MOF-1) and {[Zn3(1,4-bpeb)1.5(DDBA)3]n·2DMF} (MOF-2), {1,4-bpeb = 1,4-bis [2-(4-pyridy1) ethenyl]benze, IPA Isophthalic acid, DDBA 3,3'-Azodibenzoic acid}, they synthesized by the hydrothermal method characterized stability tested. The results showed that MOF-1 had good acid-base solvent stability. Furthermore, excellent green fluorescence with different phenomena solvents, which was almost completely quenched acetone. Based on phenomenon, an acetone sensing test carried out, where detection limit of calculated to be 0.00365% (volume ratio). Excitingly, could also used as a proportional fluorescent probe specifically detect tryptophan, 34.84 μM. mechanism explained through energy transfer competitive absorption (fluorescence resonance (FRET)) internal filtration effect (IFE). For antibacterial purposes, minimum inhibitory concentrations against Escherichia coli Staphylococcus aureus 19.52 µg/mL 39.06 µg/mL, respectively, MOF-2 68.36 136.72 respectively.

Rapid detection of the 3-nitrotyrosine (3-NT) biomarker in serum is great significance clinical diagnosis and daily disease monitoring. In this work, two chemorobust 3D metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) [Co(DBrTPA)(NMP)]n (CoMOF-1) [Co5(DBrTPA)4(DMF)6(HCOO)2]n (CoMOF-2) were fabricated from a halogen-modified ligand 2,5-dibromoterephthalic (H2DBrTPA) cobalt(II) clusters under solvothermal conditions. The introduction halogens can improve stability overall framework different media pH environments, which also endow CoMOFs with potential as luminescent sensors high sensitivity selectivity, fast response, good anti-interference, well recyclable performance detecting 3-NT PBS buffer solution through quenching effects, Ksv values being 9.19 × 104 M–1 for CoMOF-1 1.05 105 CoMOF-2 LODs low 23.6 ng·mL–1 20.1 CoMOF-2. Furthermore, developed employed to quantify real samples, satisfactory results. addition, possible sensing mechanisms toward discussed photoinduced electron transfer spectral overlaps. This work demonstrated excellent MOF-based provided an outlook design help artificial intelligence machine learning.

Developing efficient and sensitive MOF-based luminescence sensors for bioactive molecule detection is of great significance remains a challenge. Benefiting from favorable chemical thermal stability, as well excellent performance, porous Zn(II)Ho(III) heterometallic-organic framework (ZnHoMOF) was selected here bifunctional sensor the early diagnosis toluene exposure biomarker hippuric acid (HA) through "turn-on" enhancing response daily monitoring NFT/NFZ antibiotics "turn-off" quenching effects in aqueous media with high sensitivity, acceptable selectivity, good anti-interference, exceptional recyclability low limits (LODs) 0.7 ppm HA, 0.04 NFT, 0.05 NFZ. Moreover, developed employed to quantify HA diluted urine samples natural river water satisfactory results. In addition, sensing mechanisms ZnHoMOF dual-response chemosensor were conducted view photo-induced electron transfer (PET), inner filter (IFEs), help time-dependent density functional theory (TD-DFT) spectral overlap experiments.

The trace detection of biomarkers in real samples has profound a most important significance the early diagnosis and daily monitoring diseases. Based on ligand pre‐design strategy, novel 3D CuMOF, with formula {[Cu 4 (BTPB)( μ 2 ‐OH) (H O) 5 ]·3H O} n , was fabricated by using hexacarboxyl 1,4‐bis(2,4,6‐tricarboxylpyrid‐5‐yl)benzene 6 BTPB) tetranuclear {Cu (COO) ( } SBUs. Benefiting from robust framework unique luminescence performance, prepared CuMOF displays great potential as dual‐responsive efficient luminescent sensor “turn‐off” 3‐nitrotyrosine (3‐NT) biomarker “turn‐on” detecting anthrax dipicolinic acid (DPA), limits (LOD) for 3‐NT DPA being 110.8 ng/ml 85.2 ng/ml, respectively. Additionally, practicality compatibility such developed sensors were verified quantifying diluted serum urine satisfactory recoveries. Further, theoretical calculations energy levels well spectral overlap between analytes conducted to elucidate possible sensing mechanisms. This work demonstrated that MOFs‐based are evolving an efficacious equable approach samples.
