Abstract
A
modified
atmosphere
packaging
(MAP)
system
in
pallets
was
developed
for
‘Padrón’
peppers
as
a
way
to
extend
their
shelf-life
while
maintaining
good
fruit
quality.
Peppers

at

boxes
arranged
on
wrapped
micro-perforated
low-density
polyethylene
(LDPE)
