Deltamethrin (DLM) is a synthetic pyrethroid with anti-acaricide and insecticidal properties. It commonly used in agriculture veterinary medicine. Humans animals are exposed to DLM through the ingestion of polluted food water, resulting severe health issues. N-acetylcysteine (NAC) prodrug L-cysteine, precursor glutathione. can restore oxidant-antioxidant balance. Therefore, this research aimed examine whether NAC may protect broiler chickens against oxidative stress, at level biochemical molecular alterations caused by intoxication. The indicators liver kidney injury serum DLM-intoxicated NAC-treated groups were examined. Furthermore, lipid peroxidation, antioxidant markers, superoxide dismutase activity, apoptotic gene expressions (caspase-3 Bcl-2) investigated. All parameters significantly altered group, suggesting that could induce damage apoptosis hepato-renal tissue. majority changes studied reversed when therapy was used. In conclusion, virtue its antiapoptotic properties, enabled provision significant protection effects DLM-induced injury.

Liver disease has become an important risk factor for global health. Resveratrol (Res) is a natural polyphenol which widely found in foods and variety of biological activities. This study investigated the role microbiota-gut-liver axis Res relieving liver fibrosis induced by inorganic mercury exposure. Twenty-eight mice were divided into four groups (n = 7) treated with mercuric chloride and/or 24 weeks, respectively. The results showed that mitigated ileum injury restrained LPS alcohol entering body circulation. Network pharmacological molecular analyses alleviated oxidative stress, metabolism disorders, inflammation, hepatic stellate cell activation liver. In conclusion, alleviates via activating Sirt1/PGC-1α signaling pathway regulating microbial-gut-liver axis, particularly, increasing relative enrichment Bifidobacterium intestinal tract.
