This study aimed to explore the effects of heat stress and black sand acute exposure on erythron profile, hematological antioxidant parameters, as well histological histochemical indices. Catfish were subjected nanoparticles (6.4 g per kg diet), thermal (32 °C), a combined treatment involving both stressors over period 15 days. exposed singly and/or in combination showed significantly lower red blood cells (RBCs) count, hemoglobin (Hb), platelets, white (WBCs) large lymphocytes, small monocytes. Antioxidant indices decreased NPs compared other groups. Notably, led substantial increase percentages RBCs alterations nuclear abnormalities. Histological examinations liver revealed various features, including intracellular bleeding, cytoplasmic vacuolation, tissue deterioration, hepatocyte pyknotic nuclei, displacement, shrinkage, accumulation melanomacrophage cells. In conclusion, underscores that indices, become more pronounced under elevated temperatures indicating potential for synergistic between pollution climate change. holistic approach is crucial developing accurate forecasts complex interactions environmental their implications aquatic ecosystems.

Magnesium oxide nanoparticles (MgO NPs) have gained significant importance in biomedicine and variety of nanotechnology-based materials used the agriculture biomedical industries. However, release different nanowastes water ecosystem becomes a serious concern. Therefore, this study was executed to evaluate toxic impacts MgO NPs on grass carp. A total 60 carp were randomly divided three groups (G0, G1, G2). Fish reared group G0 kept as control while fish G1 G2 exposed 0.5 mg/L 0.7 NPs, respectively, mixed for 21 days. The 96h median lethal concentration (LC
