Amid depleting resources and environmental constraints worldwide, green innovation is being considered key to achieving sustainable development. The construction industry has been resistant technological change generating a large amount of wasted energy; should compensate for these shortcomings. emergence new powerful digital transformations provided several opportunities the industry. However, mechanism by which transformation can drive this not thoroughly investigated. This study aims elucidate effects on surveying enterprises. Therefore, model based technology–organization–environment framework was developed uncover factors related in Subsequently, it reviews literature proposes postulates construct relevant conceptual model. Data 257 employees from enterprises were analyzed using partial least squares structural equation (PLS-SEM) via fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA). PLS-SEM results show that all nine variables positively affected behavior; moreover, evidently confirmed influence policy environment, market culture innovation. fsQCA presented four configurations promoting under multiple antecedent conditions, wherein infrastructure core factor configurations. These conclusions provide beneficial insights implement practices.

Governments across the world are taking actions to address high carbon emissions associated with construction industry, and achieve long-term goals of Paris Agreement towards neutrality. Although ideal carbon-emission reduction in building projects is well acknowledged generally accepted, it proving more difficult implement. The application information modeling (BIM) brings about new possibilities for reductions within context sustainable buildings. At present, studies on BIM have concentrated design stage, topics focusing resource efficiency (namely, energy calculators). However, effect reducing lifecycle phases buildings not researched. Therefore, this paper aims examine relationship between BIM, emissions, by reviewing assessing current state research hotspots, trends, gaps field providing a reference understanding body knowledge, helping stimulate future research. This adopts macroquantitative microqualitative methods bibliometric analysis. results show that, green-building construction, assessments, materials, design, environmental-protection strategies five most popular directions Interestingly, China has shown good practice using reduction. Furthermore, findings suggest that focused stages, which indicates operational demolition stages greater potential also indicate need policy technological drivers rapid development BIM-driven
