Schizophrenia is a chronic psychotic disorder comprising positive symptoms, negative and cognitive deficits. Negative symptoms are associated with stigma, worse functional outcomes, significant deterioration in quality of life. Clinical diagnosis challenging despite its significance, current treatments offer little improvement the burden symptoms. This article reviews pharmacological strategies for treating Dopaminergic, glutamatergic, serotonergic, noradrenergic, cholinergic, anti-inflammatory compounds, hormones, psychostimulants explored. La consommation de cocaïne est en constante progression depuis les années 1990 avec quelques une augmentation importante la d’une forme fumable ce psychostimulant, le crack, qui s’avère posséder un pouvoir addictif plus important. Il n’existe actuellement aucun traitement pharmacologique spécifique approuvé pour traiter l’addiction à cocaïne.
