Benefiting from high spatiotemporal resolution, deep tissue penetration, and excellent sensitivity, fluorescence imaging technology has been widely applied in cancer diagnosis treatment. This work presents development water-soluble dual-channel probe, named MAL-NBD, sensitively detecting biothiols. Nonfluorescent MAL-NBD is transformed into groups MAL NBD-SR/NR through nucleophilic substitution biologically active thiols, producing signals precise detection thiols.
