Abstract The rapid development of fluorescence probe technology has promoted in-depth research in fields such as environment and life medicine. Traditional single channel fluorescent probes can achieve highly sensitive detection targets, but they appear powerless complex environments. In addition, today's deteriorating resource environment, implementing multi-target with one effectively save preparation resources, which is line the direction probes. To this goal, designing preparing multi-site undoubtedly first choice, its process daunting. Herein, a novel functional Metal Organic Framework (MOF) was obtained through post modification used UiO-66 selected basic skeleton. MOF showed ultra effect on copper ions coordination. Further, MOF-Cu2+ be to detect three types amino acids (cysteine, homocysteine, glutathione) based special response between sulfur. Finally, application for Cu2+ biological systems were researched respectively achieved good results.

Benefiting from high spatiotemporal resolution, deep tissue penetration, and excellent sensitivity, fluorescence imaging technology has been widely applied in cancer diagnosis treatment. In recent years, a large number of fluorescent probes for monitoring the levels endogenous biothiols have reported, which significant implications However, most still suffer poor biological compatibility easy attachment by environment. This work presents development water-soluble dual-channel probe, named MAL-NBD, sensitively detecting biothiols. Nonfluorescent MAL-NBD is transformed into groups MAL NBD-SR/NR through nucleophilic substitution biologically active thiols, producing signals precise detection thiols. Taking advantage biocompatibility low biotoxicity, successfully used HeLa cells zebrafish larvae, promoting its potential application thiols involved physiological pathological processes.
