Background On December 7, 2022, China optimized its virus response and significantly shifted epidemic policy by downgrading COVID management gradually restoring offline teaching in schools. This shift has brought many impacts on teachers. Aims Through qualitative research of thematic analysis, this paper studies the occupational pressure primary school teachers after policy. Methods Two recruitment methods are adopted for study. One was to email principals several schools Zhejiang Province introduce project indicate idea recruiting participants. With their help, we have found who volunteer participate. The second release information network forum (e.g., online teacher forums) find semi-structured interviews diaries, 18 from different regions were interviewed. All responses transcribed anonymously. Forty-five final codes, generated 89 codes initially obtained dataset, classified into five themes: uncertainty, overburdened, neglected, worry about students, influence, which reflect professional stress following prevention policies relaxed. Conclusion Five themes identified research. problems described include burdensome activities, being disturbed out hours, appearing understaffed infection. These harmed mental health, including anxiety, fatigue, stress, other adverse psychological conditions. Awareness attention situation eased control crucial. We believe protecting teachers’ health is necessary, especially particular period.

ABSTRACT Objective: to analyze fatigue among nurse educators affiliated with Brazilian public universities while teaching online and hybrid courses during the Covid-19 pandemic. Method: qualitative, cross-sectional study addressing 318 in federal state between July November 2021. The adapted validated version of Three-Dimensional Work Fatigue Inventory (3D-WFI) was used assess fatigue. means were compared, variance analysis (ANOVA) performed Bonferroni test t-test. statistically significant variables (p<0.05) remained model. Results: participants 42 (± 9.4) on average; most women, 279 (87.7%); 225 (70.8%) had children; 313 (98.4%) reported performing house chores along teaching. In addition activities concerning undergraduate programs, 88 (27.7%) also graduate programs. An association found course modality (entirely or face-to-face, hybrid) dimensions: physical (p=0.041), mental (p=0.001), emotional (p=0.019), taking care children help them school tasks classes (p=0.012), (p=0.000). Conclusion: differences three dimensions (physical, mental, emotional) showed that experienced after work.

The Tripartite Occupational Well-Being Scale: Evidence of Validity Among Teachers DOI Creative Commons

This study involved examining the psychometric properties of Tripartite Occupational Well-Being Scale (TOWBS) among a sample 502 Australian teachers. The TOWBS (12 items) comprises three factors subjective vitality, behavioral engagement, and professional growth. – Short (3 assesses broad factor occupational well-being. Results confirmed reliability, structure, longitudinal measurement invariance scale scores for both scales. In addition, two forms functioned similarly across different teacher characteristics, well-being were demonstrated to be associated with four external correlates in plausible ways (workplace buoyancy, psychological detachment, somatic burden, emotional exhaustion).
