Grounded in a self-determination theory framework, this study examined the effectiveness of an autonomy-supportive intervention offered to secondary school STEM teachers and their students Singapore, with focus on increasing students' perceived teaching, motivation regulations, classroom engagement decreasing tension. A total 20 from three schools were randomly assigned into either experimental (n = 10) or control group. Teachers group underwent program encouraged implement new teaching style for weeks.
