Background . In the rapidly evolving healthcare management landscape, technology integration and artificial intelligence utilization play pivotal roles in shaping employee productivity. This research investigates these dynamics within Riyadh Province, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, focusing on relationships between integration, use nursing profession, workforce competencies, technological leadership, Methods A quantitative approach was employed, involving 329 nurses from five hospitals Province. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling facilitated comprehensive analysis direct indirect among variables. Results Findings reveal that significantly enhances productivity, while initially presents disruptions before yielding productivity gains. Nursing competencies mediate relationships, emphasizing critical role readiness harnessing technology’s benefits. Surprisingly, leadership did not moderate effects. Conclusions offers vital insights for organizations, advocating strategic development. It underscores significance navigating transformations affirms enduring importance guiding changes. As evolves, findings provide guidance optimizing to enhance patient care.

Purpose This paper aims to examine whether chief executive officer’s (CEO) information technology (IT) background can affect enterprises’ continuous green innovation (CGI). Design/methodology/approach study uses the data of China’s listed enterprises from 2011 2019. Findings The statistical results reveal that when a company hires CEO with an IT background, its CGI be higher. Firm ownership, firm digitization and industry bias alter impact CEO’s on firms’ CGI. effect is most pronounced in non-state-owned (non-SOEs), high-digitalized skill-biased industries, while not SOEs, low-digitalized labor-biased industries. Practical implications has practical implications, as it measures enterprises. Purpose The digital transformation of family-owned small businesses (F-OSBs) has become a critical area research to maintain their economic contribution in today’s rapidly evolving landscape. This study examines the effect internet entrepreneurial self-efficacy on F-OSBs by mediating strategic agility and moderating artificial intelligence usage. Abstract Enterprise digital transformation (EDT) is becoming an essential strategy for business growth owing to the rapid iterative invention of technologies. Based on imprinting theory, we examined effects chief executive officers' (CEOs') technology backgrounds (DTBs) EDT using data Chinese listed companies from 2010 2020. We found that (1) CEOs with technology‐related learning or career experience can drive a higher degree. (2) Research and development (R&D) investment corporate social responsibility (CSR) are significant variables influence CEOs' technology. Both partially mediate DTBs, driving by increasing R&D enhancing CSR. (3) DTBs significantly promote in state‐owned, high‐tech, economy enterprises. By promoting transformation, substantially increased their sustainable development.
