Amidst tremendous changes in the worlds of work light digitalization, non-attachmental designs, where individuals gain income without being bound by a fixed administrative attachment to an employer, hold promises self-actualization along with threats insecurity. Today’s technology boom and consequent flexibility uncertainty it brings into workers’ lives may translate inspiring growth opportunities or overloading pressure, contingent upon mental health wellbeing impacts. This paper first provides conceptualization designs 21 st century, before proceeding extensive mapping literature at their intersection psychological health. involves machine-learning-driven review 1094 scientific articles using topic modeling, combined in-depth manual content analyses inductive-deductive cycles pattern discovery category building. The resulting scholarly blueprint reveals several tendencies, including prevalence positive psychology concepts research on high levels autonomy control, contrasted narratives disempowerment service- task-based work.
