Abstract
Background
Alleviating
loneliness
and
fostering
social
connections
a
sense
of
belonging
are
essential
for
individuals’
well-being
in
the
aftermath
COVID-19
pandemic.
Volunteering
has
emerged
as
potential
strategy
to
prevent
or
alleviate
among
adults.
To
gain
insights
into
factors
that
can
reduce
protect
against
loneliness,
it
is
important
consider
multi-dimensional
measures
motivations
volunteer.

study

which
variables
predict

volunteers’
social,

romantic
loneliness.

Background:
Interstitial
lung
diseases
(ILD)
are
a
heterogenous
group
of
