Despite China having an international reputation as one of the largest contributors to plastic pollution in world’s oceans, research analyzing China’s regulatory approach governing has been limited and fragmented, such, little is known about trends trajectories dominating policy landscape. In this paper, we seek address gap literature through construction analysis a complete inventory plastic-related policies from 1 January 2000 30 June 2021. Utilizing NVIVO (a qualitative software), our 231 Chinese documents shows that serious concentrated effort plastics really took off year 2016. From 2016, saw rapid increase attention paid realm. 2000, there were only four plastic-pertinent policies, but by first half 2021, number grown 41, representing 925%. period, also significantly transformed its plastics; not goal purpose regulating increased complexity, type targeted different aspects value chain included various have become increasingly comprehensive over time. Concurrently, deployment types instruments utilized for much more diversified, with major focus on prohibitive bans information campaigns currently instruments. Finally, today, most government agencies published are relevant regulation control prevention China. massive pertinent China, predominant still back-end policy, upstream part lifecycle (i.e., prodigious production plastics). fairly recent awakening should be understood light circular economy, county’s ramping up focus, fiscal investment solid waste management infrastructure. Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) has become the most common in western countries. We aimed to ascertain relationship of urinary phthalates concentrations with presence NAFLD among US adults. A cross-sectional analysis data from National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) during 2003–2016 was performed. predicted by Hepatic Steatosis Index (HSI) Fatty Liver (US FLI), respectively. The logistic regression models were conducted evaluate associations adjustment for other covariates. Of 4206 participants (mean age 47.99 years old; 50.06% men), risk suspected increased those higher phthalates. results multivariate suggested that phthalate metabolites MEOHP (odds ratio [OR] = 1.56, 95% confidence interval [CI] 1.08–2.24), MEHHP (OR 1.55, CI 1.09–2.21), MECPP 1.44, 1.06–1.95) mixtures nine 1.58, 95%CI 1.18–2.11) positively related defined HSI; similar significant observed 1.98, 1.32–2.97) when determined based upon FLI ≥30. Human health and marine life are facing the hazards threats of plastic waste. China is world’s largest producer consumer disposable products, thus paying more attention to challenges single-use plastics products in urgent. This study aims explore intention purchase based on theory planned behavior. Data collection using self-reported questionnaires, 402 valid questionnaires were obtained, analyzed Amos 22.0 SPSS 18.0 software. Results indicate that attitude, perceived behavioral control, normative social influence, informational positive anticipated emotion positively affect products.
