MindGym,
a
novel

Abstract
Breathing
exercises
have
been
shown
to
reduce
mental
health
problems
among
clinical
and
non-clinical
populations.
Although
virtual
reality
(VR)
breathing
interventions
are

VR

at
improving
than
non-VR
interventions.

systematic
literature
search
in
six
electronic
databases
