ABSTRACT The efficacy of Taxol, a natural anticancer drug, in the treatment various types cancers has been certified globally. Fungal elicitors have reported as an impressive strategy for enhancing Taxol biosynthesis. We investigated effect twig age on biosynthesis and communities endophytic fungi. A negative correlation between content complexity fungal community twigs was predicted. Endogenous taxoids, similar to balancing valves, might specific controlling microbiota assembly Taxus twigs. Utilising special correlation, 11 isolates age‐associated fungi were used screen new involved Two efficient elicitors, L01 ( Guignardia ) J02 Diaporthe ), identified, increasing contents by 5.91‐ 4.83‐folds, respectively. It is confirmed that effective may be negatively correlated with tissues. Furthermore, significantly induced jasmonic acid (JA) content, speculating involvement MYC2a‐controlled JA signalling elicitor‐activated Our data revealed provided novel approach

Mass spectrometry imaging (MSI) has emerged as an invaluable analytical technique for investigating the spatial distribution of molecules within biological systems. In realm plant science, MSI is increasingly employed to explore metabolic processes across a wide array tissues, including those in leaves, fruits, stems, roots, and seeds, spanning various systems such model species, staple energy crops, medicinal plants. By generating maps metabolites, elucidated patterns diverse metabolites phytochemicals, encompassing lipids, carbohydrates, amino acids, organic phenolics, terpenes, alkaloids, vitamins, pigments, others, thereby providing insights into their pathways functional roles. this review, we present recent studies that demonstrate advances made visualizing metabolome. Taxol, derived from Taxus trees, is a valuable natural resource for the development of anticancer drugs. Endophytic fungi trees are promising alternative source Taxol. However, impact plant-endophytic microbial interaction on host's Taxol biosynthesis largely unknown. In current study, diversity endophytic in three different species was analyzed using Internal Transcribed Spacer sequencing. A total 271 Operational Taxonomic Units (OTUs) were identified, grouping into 2 phyla, 8 classes, 16 orders, 19 families, and genera. Alpha beta analysis indicated significant differences fungal communities among various trees. At genus level, Alternaria Davidiella predominantly found T. mairei media, respectively. By utilizing previously published dataset, Pearson correlation conducted to predict taxol biosynthesis-related Following screening, two isolates (L7 M14) obtained. Effect inoculation with gene expression metabolite accumulation determined by transcriptomic untargeted metabolomic studies. The co-inoculation assay suggests that may have negative regulatory effect influencing hormone signaling pathways. Our findings will serve as foundation advancing production utilization also aid screening related production.
