Abstract Colorimetric sensors play a crucial role in promoting on‐site testing, enabling the detection and/or quantification of various analytes based on changes color. These offer several advantages, such as simplicity, cost‐effectiveness, and visual readouts, making them suitable for wide range applications, including food safety monitoring. Here, we proposed a novel molecularly imprinted polymer Co@MOF-MIP, with high peroxidase (POD)-like activity bright blue fluorescence emission, develop versatile visual assay colorimetric, fluorescent, photothermal trimodal detection logic gate outputting EC.
