A
copper-catalyzed
decarboxylative
aminomethylation
of
indole-3-carboxylic
acids
with
1,2-oxazetidines
has
been
developed,
enabling
the
rapid
synthesis
structurally
diverse
3-aminomethylindoles
in
good
to
excellent
yields.
Remarkably,
an
unprecedented
aminomethylation/cyclization
cascade
was
further
achieved
by
a
combination
copper
and
iron
salts
construct
complex
γ-carbolines
high
efficiency.
It
is
worth
noting
that
one
obtained
products
proved
be
dual-emissive
luminogen,
exhibiting
both
aggregation-caused
quenching
aggregation-induced
emission.

Abstract
Rapid
access
to
unsymmetrical
diaryl
sulfides
through
a
bifunctional
single‐sulfur
source
is
very
attractive
strategy.
Here
we
report
the
utilization
of
bis(phenylsulfonyl)sulfide
as
bielectrophilic
sulfide
platform
molecule
for
chemoselective
and
sequential
installation
two
different
aryl
nucleophiles
by
twice
copper‐catalyzed
Chan–Lam‐type
cross
couplings
diverse
sulfides.
This
strategy
demonstrates
good
tolerance
wide
range
boronic
acids
under
metal
catalysts,
functional
group
compatibility,
well
extension
modification
complex
bioactive
molecules.

Herein,
a
direct
transformation
of
aliphatic
C–H
bonds
to
oxime
ethers
has
been
developed
via
light-promoted
hydrogen
atom
transfer
(HAT)
in
the
absence
photocatalyst.
Singlet
oxygen
and
chlorine
radical
are
complementary
C(sp3)–H
bond
cleaving
agents
this
reaction,
enabling
extraction
atoms
from
diverse
range
compounds,
like
cycloalkanes,
ethers,
amines,
amides,
cyclic
sulfides.
This
method
excels
transforming
common
into
valuable
featuring
abundant
chemical
feedstocks,
good
functional
group
