Point-of-care testing (POCT) with the advantages of simplicity, rapidity, portability, and low-cost is great importance to improve healthcare, especially in resource-limited settings home healthcare settings. Herein, smartphone optical device has been designed for glucose cholesterol metabolic syndrome patients using ratiometric fluorescent sensor.
