Point-of-care testing (POCT) with the advantages of simplicity, rapidity, portability, and low-cost is great importance to improve healthcare, especially in resource-limited settings home healthcare settings. Moreover, it a challenge quantitative POCT multiplexed biomarkers within single accessible assay but provides enhanced diagnostic accuracy improved efficiency. Herein, smartphone optical device has been designed for glucose cholesterol metabolic syndrome patients using ratiometric fluorescent sensor. The sensing system Ag NPs/UiO-66-NH2 o-phenylenediamine presents dual-emission response H2O2 (the main product catalyzed by oxidase oxidase) on account inner filter effect, resulting an increase fluorescence intensity ratio (F555 nm/F425 nm) accompanied distinguishable color transition from blue yellow green. After compositing probes flexible substrate, obtained test strip can be integrated smartphone-based portable platform read RGB values accurate both detection limits 10 μmol L-1, which are hundreds times lower than their concentrations human serum. With low-cost, ease operation, broad adaptability, this holds potential numerous targets personalized clinical diagnosis.
