Abstract Cephalopods use stretchy skin and dynamic color‐tuning organs for visual communication camouflage. Inspired by these natural mechanisms, a fluorescent biomaterial deformation‐induced illumination optical is proposed. This the first report of 3D printed soft biomaterials infused with carbon dots hydrothermally derived from chitosan benzalkonium chloride. These exhibit comprehensive array properties, including significant uniaxial stretching, near‐instantaneous response to tactile stimuli pH, UV resistance, antibacterial, antioxidant, noncytotoxicity, highlighting their potential as mechano‐optical materials biomedical applications. Salt stress has strongly impacted the long-term growth of eco-friendly farming worldwide. By targeting oxidative induced by salt, utilization biomass-derived carbon dots (CDs) that possess high-efficiency antioxidant properties, are nontoxic, and have excellent biocompatibility represents a viable effective approach for enhancing salt tolerance plants. In this study, we blended magnesium oxide nanoparticles with sources derived from durian shells to construct Mg-doped (Mg-CDs) through hydrothermal reaction. We demonstrated foliar application 150 μg/mL Mg-CDs rice plants after treatment 100 mM effectively increased plant height (9.52%), fresh weight (22.41%), dry (33.33%), K+ content (21.46%), chlorophyll (36.21%), carotenoid (16.21%); decreased malondialdehyde (MDA) (9.43%), Na+ (25.75%), H2O2 (17.50%), O2•– contents (37.99%); promoted photosynthetic system activity. Transcriptome analysis revealed Mg-CD pretreatment triggered transcriptional reprogramming in seedlings. The enrichment Kyoto Encyclopedia Genes Genomes pathways based on trend groups gene expression patterns Profile 8 15 indicated priming activated signaling- defense-related pathways, such as metabolic biosynthesis secondary metabolites, photosynthesis pathways.
