Lanthanide metal–organic frameworks (Ln-MOFs) have attracted considerable interest in heterogeneous catalysis due to their tunable channel sizes, stable network structures, and diverse active sites. Here, a series of lanthanum (La)-based MOFs were synthesized the presence various amine modulators ethylene diamine (ED), 1,4-diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane (DABCO), butylamine (BA), triethylamine (TEA), heptylamine (HA) under identical conditions. Layered materials, including tetravalent metal phosphates and phosphonates, have been widely investigated in several fields acting as good, selective catalysts a great number of reactions. In the present work, α- γ-zirconium (α- γ-ZrP) were prepared evaluated esterification reactions levulinic acid (LA) with ethanol (EtOH) or methanol (MeOH) using conventional reflux method (CV) microwave assisted (MW). The best selectivities for ethyl methyl levulinates conversions LA achieved γ-ZrP MW are strongly related properties structure this catalyst used. Two intermediates, 5-ethoxy-5-methyldihydrofuran-2-one also designated by pseudo-ethyl levulinate (pseudo-EL) 5-methoxy-5-methyldihydrofuran-2-one pseudo-methyl (pseudo-ML) formed.

Abstract In the present article, we have synthesized a heteropoly acid salt named Cerium antimonophosphomolybdate (CeSbPMo), an inorganic compound with characteristics and ion exchange capacity of 3.2 ± 0.2 meq/g. The catalyst after synthesis, characterized through variety methods, including FTIR, X‐ray diffraction crystallography, SEM/EDS TGA. N 2 adsorption analysis provided information about catalyst's surface area distribution pore sizes in catalyst, indicating its potential for high catalytic activity. An esterification reaction between fatty acids alcohol was catalyzed using prepared compound. Catalytic efficiency explored different ranges from 3 wt% to 20 wt%, displayed remarkable performance even just wt%. results demonstrated that CeSbPMo (heteropoly salt), effectively promoted palmitic stearic on reacting methanol at 100 °C 130 °C. impact ratio also studied both acids.
