In
the
present
study,
we
describe
successful
development
of
a
novel
and
efficient
C(sp2)–H
thiocyanation
reaction
electron-rich
heteroarenes
arenes
with
readily
available
ammonium
thiocyanate
under
visible
light
exposure.
Most
importantly,
proceeded
smoothly
without
addition
any
photocatalyst
or
strong
oxidant,
ultimately
minimizing
production
chemical
waste.
The
advantages
this

green
sustainable
synthetic
chemistry
may
be
widely
used
in
organic
synthesis
pharmaceutical
