Fabrication drawings are essential for design evaluation, lean manufacturing, and quality detection of precast concrete (PC) components. Due to the complicated shape PC components, fabrication drawing needs be customized determine manufacturing dimensions relevant assembly connections. However, traditional manual method is time-consuming, labor-intensive, error-prone. This paper presents a BIM-based framework automatically generate readable components using building information modeling (BIM) multi-agent reinforcement learning (MARL). Firstly, an automated generation developed transform BIM model view block. Secondly, graph-based representation used create relationship between blocks, reward mechanism established according readability criterion. Subsequently, block layout modeled as optimization problem, internal spacing position functional category blocks regarded agents. Finally, agents collaborate interact with environment find optimal guidance mechanism. Two different algorithms utilized validate efficiency proposed (MADQN). The applied stairs double-sided shear wall demonstrate its practicability.

Abstract How do brain mechanisms create maladaptive attractions? Here intense attractions are created in laboratory rats by pairing optogenetic channelrhodopsin (ChR2) stimulation of central nucleus amygdala (CeA) with encountering either sucrose, cocaine, or a painful shock-delivering object. We find that pairings make the respective pursue sucrose exclusively, cocaine repeatedly self-inflict shocks. CeA-induced attractions, even to shock-rod, recruit mesocorticolimbic incentive-related circuitry. Shock-associated cues also gain positive incentive value and pursued. Yet motivational effects paired CeA can be reversed negative valence Pavlovian fear learning situation, where ChR2 increases defensive reactions. Finally, switched neutral innocuous stimuli. These results reveal plasticity multiple modes for motivation via circuitry under control activation.
