Abstract
Suicide
attempt
(SA)

Abstract
Objective
Associations
have
been
seen
between
suicidal
behavior
and
differential
DNA
methylation
of
certain
genes,
with
one
study
showing
significant
hypomethylation
ARHGEF38
in
postmortem
brain
samples
from
individuals
bipolar
disorder
who
died
by
suicide.
Our
objective
was
to
explore
a
history
suicide
attempt.
Method

pyrosequencing,
we

Abstract
Background
Bipolar
disorder
is
a
debilitating
mood
associated
with
high
risk
of
suicide
and
characterized
by
immune
dysregulation.

study,
we
used
multi-faceted
approach
to
better
distinguish
the
pattern

in
individuals
