Abstract Cancer site–specific polygenic risk scores (PRS) effectively identify individuals at high of individual cancers, but the effectiveness PRS on overall cancer assessment and extent to which a genetic can be offset by healthy lifestyle remain unclear. Here, we constructed an incidence-weighted score (CPRS) based 20 site-specific PRSs. Lifestyle was determined according smoking, alcohol consumption, physical activity, body mass index, diet.
