To
understand
the
dynamic
interplay
between
human
microbiome
and
host
during
health
disease,
we
analyzed
microbial
composition,
temporal
dynamics,
associations
with
multi-omics,
immune,
clinical
markers
of
microbiomes
from
four
body
sites
in
86
participants
over
6
years.
We
found
that
stability
individuality
are
body-site
specific
heavily
influenced
by
host.
The
stool
oral
more
stable
than
skin
nasal
microbiomes,
possibly
due
to
their
interaction
environment.
identify
individual-specific
commonly
shared
bacterial
taxa,
individualized
taxa
showing
greater
stability.
Interestingly,
dynamics
correlate
across
sites,
suggesting
systemic
host-microbial-environment
interactions.
Notably,
insulin-resistant
individuals
show
altered
among
microbiome,
molecular
markers,
features,
disrupted
metabolic
disease.

The
levels
of
the
thousands
metabolites
in
human
plasma
metabolome
are
strongly
influenced
by
an
individual's
genetics
and
composition
their
diet
gut
microbiome.
Here,
assessing
1,183
1,368
extensively
phenotyped
individuals
from
Lifelines
DEEP
Genome
Netherlands
cohorts,
we
quantified
proportion
inter-individual
variation
explained
different
factors,
characterizing
610,
85
38
as
dominantly
associated
with
diet,
microbiome
genetics,
respectively.
Moreover,
a
quality
score
derived
metabolite
was
significantly
quality,
assessed
detailed
food
frequency
questionnaire.
Through
Mendelian
randomization
mediation
analyses,
revealed
putative
causal
relationships
between
metabolites.
For
example,
analyses
support
potential
effect
Eubacterium
rectale
decreasing
hydrogen
sulfite-a
toxin
that
affects
cardiovascular
function.
Lastly,
based
on
analysis
311
at
two
time
points
separated
4
years,
observed
positive
correlation
stability
amount
variance
could
be
our
analysis.
Altogether,
characterization
factors
explain
can
help
design
approaches
for
modulating
or
to
shape
healthy
metabolome.

Bifidobacteria
are
among
the
earliest
and
most
abundant
bacterial
colonizers
of
neonatal
gut
in
many
mammals,
where
they
elicit
purported
host
health
benefits.
While
early
life-associated
dynamics
diversity,

been

Oxidative
stress
(OS)

Abstract
Major
depressive
disorder
(MDD),
bipolar
(BD)
and
schizophrenia-spectrum
disorders
(SSD)
are
heterogeneous
psychiatric
disorders,
which
place
significant
burden
on
patient's
well-being
global
health.
Disruptions
in
the
gut-microbiome
may
play
a
role
these
disorders.
This
review
presents
current
data
composition
of
human
gastrointestinal
microbiota,
its
interaction
mechanisms
gut–brain
axis
MDD,
BD
SSD.
Diversity
metrics
microbial
relative
abundance
differed
across
studies.
More
studies
reported
inconsistent
findings
(

or
no
differences
