Background: This study aimed to explore the relationship between architectural home design and mental health in older adults living independently rural Chiang Mai. Methods: A purposive sample of seniors from San Kamphaeng District, independently, were selected. Participants assessed using tools like MSPSS, OI-21, RULS-6, RI-9, PSQI, a custom Home Community Environment Satisfaction Scale. Statistical analysis examined correlations design, health, satisfaction. Results: The involved 83 participants (72.3% female, mean age 70.2 ± 6.16).
