Abstract Skin photodamage, which is induced by ultraviolet (UV) radiation, a prevalent cause of skin damage. In this study, transdermal drug delivery system developed for the topical treatment composed tetrahedral framework nucleic acids (tFNAs) and lipoic acid (LA). The tFNAs‐LA (TLA) nanocomposite exhibits excellent biocompatibility, as well antioxidant, anti‐apoptotic, anti‐inflammatory capabilities. tFNA, carrier, facilitates TLA cell entry penetration, while loaded LA enhances antioxidant photodamaged human dermal fibroblast (HDF), promotes proliferation migration inhibiting apoptosis activation reactive oxygen species production. Moreover, modulates apoptosis‐related proteins NF‐κB signaling pathways, increasing cellular secretion suppressing inflammatory responses in HDF cells. vivo experiment, application tissue healing skin, regulates expression inflammation collagen‐related proteins. It suggested that ability enables non‐invasive therapy highlighting potential employing acid‐based systems disease.

Solar ultraviolet (UV) radiation exposure is the primary etiological agent responsible for developing cutaneous malignancies. Avoiding excessive exposure, especially by high-risk groups, recommended to prevent UV-induced photo-pathologies. However, optimal sun essential healthy synthesis of about 90% vitamin D levels in body. Insufficient UV-B linked deficiency humans. Therefore, necessary maintaining a normal state homeostasis skin. Humans worldwide face major existential threat because climate change which has already shown its effects several ways. Over last 4 5 decades, increased incidences skin cancer cases have led international health organizations develop strong protection measures. at same time, growing concern creating kind dilemma. Current knowledge UV outweighs adverse than beneficial roles it offers body, necessitating correct public recommendation on exposure. Following an appropriate will lead positive outcomes protecting humans against strict recommendations In this short review, we spotlight ambivalent and how ozone layer depletion influenced these UVR. Further, our aim remains explore towards balanced measures spurt diseases due inadequate UV-B.

Abstract Skin exposure to solar ultraviolet radiation and pollutants causes several skin disorders, calling for protection methods such as sunscreen application. However, common contains chemicals that have displayed toxicity when exposed radiation. Therefore, alternatives approaches been recently developed, the use of natural phytochemicals active ingredients in photoprotection preparations. Here, we review with focus on physics by filters. We present sensors measuring ecosystems. discuss phototoxicity drugs, preservatives, personal care products, pollutants. Photocarcinogenesis, photoallergy, photostability, their impacts human health skin, are also reviewed. observed promising due ability absorb photon energy, thus act antioxidants.

Abstract In contrast to the general stratospheric ozone recovery following international agreements, recent observations show an ongoing net depletion in tropical lower stratosphere (LS). This is thought be driven by dynamical transport accelerated global warming, while chemical processes have been considered unimportant. Here we use a chemistry–climate model demonstrate that halogenated ozone-depleting very short-lived substances (VSLS) chemistry may account for around quarter of observed LS negative trend 1998–2018. VSLS sources include both natural and anthropogenic emissions. Future projections persistence currently unaccounted contribution loss throughout twenty-first century LS, only region not projecting 2100. Our results need mitigation strategies emissions preserve present future layer low latitudes.
