Ulcerative colitis (UC) is a chronic inflammatory disorder affecting the colon, with symptomatology influenced by factors including environmental, genomic, microbial, and immunological interactions. Gut microbiota dysbiosis, characterized bacterial population alterations, contributes to intestinal homeostasis disruption aberrant immune system activation, thereby exacerbating state. This study assesses therapeutic efficacy of intraperitoneal (IP) injected flavonoids (apigenin, luteolin, xanthohumol) in reduction parameters modulation gut murine model ulcerative colitis.
