Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) has affected almost all communities throughout the world. It affects different systems in body, which causes irreparable consequences. This study aimed to investigate effect of COVID-19 virus on menstrual disorders, anti-Mullerian hormone (AMH), thyroid peroxidase (TPO), stimulating (TSH), and prolactin levels women with disease. prospective cohort was conducted 201 (101 healthy, 100 COVID-19) Nomadic hospital, Khorramabad, Iran from February-October 2021. After recovery COVID-19, participants were interviewed about their cycle 1 st 4 th months. Blood samples collected during months, AMH, TSH, TPO, assessed. No significant differences observed months regarding patient group (p > 0.05). The mean level AMH healthy higher than both times < 0.001).
