The demand for mobile e-health technologies (m-health) continues with constant growth, stimulating the technological advancement of such devices. However, customer needs to perceive utility these devices incorporate them into their daily lives. Background Mobile health (mHealth) apps have the potential to enhance care service delivery. However, concerns regarding patients’ confidentiality, privacy, and security consistently affect adoption of mHealth apps. Despite this, no review has comprehensively summarized findings studies on this subject matter. Objective This systematic aims investigate perspectives awareness data collected through Methods Using PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews Meta-Analyses) guidelines, a comprehensive literature search was conducted in 3 electronic databases: PubMed, Ovid, ScienceDirect. Mobility as a Service (MaaS) integrates various modes of transportation, provides personalized travel services for travelers, and improves the efficiency traditional modes. While health apps and wearables are often touted to promote individuals' physical mental health, a fundamental question that remains unanswered is how individuals from low socioeconomic status (SES) groups benefit using these digital technologies. This study draws upon two theoretical frameworks – an extended technology acceptance model communication inequality answer this research question.
