Purpose The study investigates the influence of perceived security (PS) on behavioral intention (BI) via trust attitude process and explores moderating effects gender. PS in mobile wallets enhances user (TR), (ATT) (INT). Using a multiple serial mediation model, both TR ATT were found to mediate relationship between BI. Design/methodology/approach Drawing stimulus-organism-response (S-O-R) theory, proposed conceptual model comprises PS, TR, An online survey was conducted with cross-sectional sample 744 wallet users India.
