The biological clock system is an intrinsic timekeeping device that integrates internal physiology and external cues. Maintaining a healthy crucial for life. Disruptions to the body’s can lead disturbances in sleep-wake cycle abnormalities hormone regulation, blood pressure, heart rate, other vital processes. Long-term have been linked development of various common major diseases, including cardiovascular metabolic disorders, tumors, neuropsychiatric conditions, so on. External factors, such as diurnal rhythm light, significant impact on clock. Additionally, important non-photic zeitgeber, exercise regulate rhythms certain extent, making it possible become non-drug intervention preventing treating circadian disorders. This comprehensive review encompasses behavioral, physiological, molecular perspectives provide deeper understanding how influences its association with related diseases.

Energetic demand and nutrient supply fluctuate as a function of time-of-day, in alignment with sleep-wake fasting-feeding cycles. These daily rhythms are mirrored by 24-hour oscillations numerous cardiovascular functional parameters, including blood pressure, heart rate, myocardial contractility. It is, therefore, not surprising that metabolic processes also over the course day, to ensure temporal needs for ATP, building blocks, metabolism-based signaling molecules met. What has become increasingly clear is addition classic signal-response coupling (termed reactionary mechanisms), cardiovascular-relevant cells use autonomous circadian clocks temporally orchestrate pathways preparation predicted stimuli/stresses anticipatory mechanisms). Here, we review current knowledge regarding regulation metabolism, how synchronized function, whether misalignment/disruption contribute toward pathogenesis disease.

Summary While a broad consensus exists that integrated nutrition and regular exercise are foundational for health maintenance serve as robust non‐pharmacological strategy against cardiometabolic diseases, the nuanced interplay between these elements remains incompletely understood. Through multifaceted interactions, factors profoundly influence primary metabolic organs, notably skeletal muscle adipose tissue. Despite critical nature of this interactivity, holistic understanding combined effects physical activity dietary practices is still emerging. This narrative review aims to elucidate intertwined roles exercise. It provides comprehensive overview their synergistic dynamics emphasizes importance dual‐focus approach in mitigating managing disorders, predominantly obesity type 2 diabetes.

Abstract While the effect of time-of-day (morning versus evening) on hormones, lipids and lipolysis has been studied in relation to meals exercise, there are no studies that have investigated effects ice bath induced hormone lipidome responses. In this crossover-designed study, a group six women men, 26 ± 5 years old, 176 7 cm tall, weighing 75 10 kg, BMI 23 2 kg/m had an (8–12 °C for min) both morning evening separate days. Abstract INTRODUCTION Moderate to vigorous physical activity (MVPA) is linked lower dementia risk, though the optimal timing remains unclear. METHODS Using accelerometer‐measured MVPA data from 90,329 dementia‐free UK Biobank participants with at least 2 years of follow‐up, we assessed associations between patterns (morning, afternoon, evening, mixed, inactive) and risk via multivariable‐adjusted Cox proportional hazards models. RESULTS Compared inactive group, a tendency morning had all‐cause (hazard ratio [HR]: 0.60, 95% confidence interval [CI]: 0.40–0.90) Alzheimer's disease (AD) (HR: 0.44, CI: 0.22–0.86). No association other time point was observed. Additionally, incidence vascular (VD) did not exhibit significant relationship among all groups. DISCUSSION Morning associated AD, while any showed no VD. Highlights Few studies have examined moderate incident dementia. Participants disease. found risk. Findings suggest timing‐specific interventions for prevention.
