Based panel data Chinese listed manufacturing firms, we find that increased firm perceptual capabilities significantly promote Mechanism analysis indicates higher leads corporate openness, equity concentration, long-term borrowing, thus creating favourable conditions for Finally, heterogeneity reveals positive is pronounced in centrally controlled, high-tech, large-size, highly financially constrained firms.
