The process automate SME transaction execution is getting highly multifaceted as number of stakeholders SMEs connecting, accessing, exchanging, adding, changing transactional executions. balanced lifecycle requires partnership exchanges, financial management, manufacturing, stabilities, along with privacy security. Interoperability platform issue another critical challenging aspect while designing managing a secure distributed Peer-to-Peer industrial development environment for SMEs. However, till now, it hard maintain operations SMEs' integrity, transparency, reliability, provenance, availability, trustworthiness between two different due current nature centralized server-based infrastructure. This paper bridges these problems proposes novel framework standardized hierarchy/lifecycle using collaborative techniques blockchain, internet things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI) machine learning (ML). A blockchain IoT-enabled permissionless network structure designed called "B-SMEs" that provides solutions cross-chain platforms. In this, B-SMEs address lightweight stakeholder authentication well. For purpose, three chain codes are deployed. It handles participating registration, day-to-day information management exchange nodes, analysis exchange-related details before being preserved on immutable storage. Whereas AI-enabled ML-based neural networks utilized, aim handle optimize numbers transactions; so proposed consume fewer resources terms computational power, bandwidth, preservation-related issues during complete service deliverance. simulation results present highlight benefits B-SMEs, increases rate ledger optimization exchanging chains, which up 17.3%, reduces consumption system's down 9.13%.
