Purpose This study aimed to explore various effects of remote work on employee job satisfaction, engagement and aspects individual performance, namely task contextual performance counterproductive behaviour, in the banking sector. Design/methodology/approach We used a survey-based quantitative approach. The sample comprised 403 bank employees Lithuania, Denmark, Norway, Finland Sweden. To analyse data, we employed confirmatory factor analysis, CB-SEM multiple regression mediation analysis moderation analysis. Findings direct showed that intensity has positive impact negative nonsignificant performance. Job satisfaction behaviour. The objective of this research is to propose and validate a theoretical model that explains job satisfaction in remote work influenced by family-supportive supervisory behaviors (FSSBs) and, addition, evaluate the mediating role work-to-family positive spillover (WFPS) work–life balance (WLB) influence. A non-experimental cross-sectional study was conducted using self-administered survey sample 396 teleworkers Lima, Peru. hypothesized analyzed PLS-SEM based structural equation modeling. results show FSSB has direct effect on both WFPS WLB. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, employees from around world were compelled work remotely home and, in many cases, without much preparation. A substantial body of international research has been conducted on experiences and attitudes remote workers as well implications this phenomenon for organisations.
