This research determined the influence of face- to-face meetings by Heads Schools (HoS) leadership strategy on teacher commitment in community-based secondary schools (CBSS) within specific District Councils Kilimanjaro Region, Tanzania. Utilizing Situational Leadership Theory from Paul Hersey and Ken Blanchard, study followed a correlational design quantitative framework. The included 840 teachers 70 heads its target population.
