The field of implementation science was developed to address the significant time delay between establishing an evidence-based practice and its widespread use. Although has contributed much toward bridging this gap, evidence-to-practice chasm remains a challenge. Background: Because implementation remains the biggest challenge to Ending HIV Epidemic in United States (EHE), since 2019, National Institutes of Health (NIH) has funded 248 supplements identify best practices for delivering evidence-based interventions. NIH also a coordination center [Implementation Science (IS) Coordination Initiative “ISCI”] and 9 consultation hubs (“Hubs”) provide technical assistance cross-project information sharing, measure harmonization, data synthesis. This article describes this unique capacity-building model, lessons learned from first 5 years, opportunities created by infrastructure. Methods: Beginning FY20, Hubs were assigned 7–9 supplement projects EHE priority jurisdictions. Primary Hub services included direct coaching, multiproject meetings, communities practice, webinars. ISCI met monthly reflect on project support, discuss ways enhance IS broadly, assess projects' use services. Findings: engagement strategies grouping intervention type, setting reporting expectations early, tailoring based team expertise. Support provided have developed generalizable knowledge local (e.g., publications tools). The network ISCI, Hubs, led infrastructure conducting multisite research. Implications D&I Science: model is novel, systemwide approach rapidly improving capacity field. Implementation will continue be refined through an ongoing evaluation as funding transitions regular, nonsupplement mechanisms.

Abstract Objective Pediatric primary care (PPC) is a common treatment site for pediatric mental health, but it currently unable to meet the needs of all teen patients, particularly those with minoritized identities and/or marginalized experiences. Digital health (DMH) low-intensity treatments (LITs) can increase screening and capacity in PPC, how this done successfully without burdening providers, or families unclear. This paper presents pre-implementation study aimed at understanding implementation context (PPCs Chicago, IL) specific DMH LIT. Method Using mixed-methods design, quantitative data from an online survey providers assessed current practices qualitative interviews Pediatricians Psychologists examined determinants Quantitative were analyzed using descriptive statistics, rapid assessment. Results Survey reports (n = 105) 6) indicated low use DMH. Providers PPC clinics voiced multiple reasons usage perceived feasibility, including: Consolidated Framework Implementation Research (CFIR) Inner Setting Domain (PPC clinic workflow, responsibility ethical considerations, patient privacy confidentiality), CFIR Outer (hospital healthcare system factors), Innovation (DMH design), cross-cutting theme safety. Conclusions Provider-reported feasibility integrating call action partner interdisciplinary colleagues identify such settings ethically seamlessly deliver digital evidence-based accessible prior implementation.

Implementation science (IS) models play a crucial role in translating evidence-based practice (EBP) into sustainable policy reforms. However, the competencies required for nurses to lead these transformations remain poorly defined. Objective: This study develops framework implementation (IL) nurses, identifying core needed drive transformation within healthcare systems. Method: A secondary data analysis (SDA) was conducted using qualitative from focus group interviews originally collected, recorded, and transcribed as part of EQUIP (Evidence-based Quality Improvement Project). The dataset includes insights 12 IL who participated PEACE-based training, addressing real-world clinical challenges. Their perspectives were thematically analyzed generate competency leadership. Findings: developed Science Competencies Policy Transformation (ISCPT) framework, which highlights three pillars: (1) evidence appraisal guideline development, (2) collaborative leadership advocacy, (3) continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making. Conclusions: Grounded nurses' perspectives, ISCPT provides nurse-centric roadmap transformation, integrating interdisciplinary collaboration, adaptive leadership, decision-making nursing education practice. While findings reflect single context, offers actionable guidance preparing policy-driven improvements.
