The COVID-19 pandemic generated economic contraction across the world. In India, stringent lockdown led to extreme distress. unprecedented situation adversely affected women's efforts balance professional life with family because of a disproportionate increase in their domestic work burden and shift workstation home. Since every job cannot be performed remotely, women employed healthcare services, banks media witnessed additional risks commuting physical interaction at workplace. Based on personal interviews Delhi-NCR region, study aims explore commonalities variances challenges experienced by engaged diverse occupations. Using qualitative methodology flexible coding, finds that relatively larger section travelling office during pandemic, rather than those working from home, had an effective familial support system helped them navigate this tough time.

COVID-19 lockdowns forced organizations to rapidly shift from face-to-face interactions online platforms, leading unforeseen challenges. This study retrospectively examines the extreme conditions of teleworking, which blurred boundaries between home and workspaces, providing a unique opportunity assess perceptions work-life life-work conflicts their consequences. Data were collected university teachers through an anonymous survey ( N = 383). A path analysis using IBM SPSS AMOS software assessed relationship conflicts, burnout, performance, willingness continue teleworking. Results suggest produce different spillovers. Abstract Objectives Nearly all workers and industry sectors have been affected by the ongoing coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic in some form since March 2020. However, pandemic-related stressors experienced workplace may vary from to disproportionally workers. This study investigates increased stress levels, stressor events, other perceptions of at-risk during COVID-19. Methods An in-depth work-related survey that incorporated many aspects work, life, work-life balance, health employer-employee relationships was developed with a focus on COVID-19-related stressors. The cross-sectional distributed online through professional networks October November 2021. results were statically analyzed using Kruskal–Wallis one-way analysis variance (ANOVA) after grouping into four groups determine trends within these groupings.
