Abstract Cancer incidences are rising each year. In 2020, approximately 20 million new cancer cases and 10 cancer‐related deaths were recorded. The World Health Organization (WHO) predicts that by 2024 the incidence of will increase to 30.2 individuals annually. Considering invasive characteristics its diagnostic procedures therapeutic methods side effects, scientists searching for different solutions, including using plant‐derived bioactive compounds, could reduce probability occurrence make treatment more comfortable. this regard, oridonin (ORI), an ent‐kaurane diterpenoid, naturally found in leaves Rabdosia rubescens species, has been have antitumor, antiangiogenesis, antiasthmatic, antiinflammatory, apoptosis induction properties. Extensive research performed on ORI find various mechanisms involved anticancer activities. Salidroside inhibited the proliferation of cancer cell. Nevertheless, mechanism has not been completely clarified. The purpose study is to explore mechanisms salidroside against gastric cancer. To analyze changes microRNA (miRNA) in cells under treatment salidroside, miRNA expression was analyzed by using RNA-seq for 24 h after treatment. differentially expressed miRNAs were clustered and their target genes analyzed. Selected mRNA further verified q-PCR. expressions detected immunohistochemistry. Cancer cell apoptotic index significantly increased blocked at S-phase cycle. 44 changed cells. Bioinformatic analysis showed that there 1384 mRNAs corresponding miRNAs. Surprisingly, up-regulated tumor suppressor miR-1343-3p, down-regulated MAP3K6, STAT3 MMP24-related genes. suppressed growth inducing apoptosis, arresting cycle down-regulating related signal transduction pathways. are treatment, playing important roles regulating metastasis. may suppress up-regulating miR-1343-3p MAP3K6 MMP24 molecules.

The Prunella vulgaris L. (PVL) and Taraxacum mongolicum Hand.-Mazz. (TH) herb pair, which is commonly used in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), has been applied for the treatment of breast cancer.
