ABSTRACT Burnout is a significant issue among healthcare professionals, particularly nurses, due to high workloads and emotional demands. However, limited research has explored burnout primary nurses in Saudi Arabia, who play vital role delivery. This study aims address this gap by investigating levels their association with anxiety, depression self‐efficacy nurses. A cross‐sectional survey design was employed, 161 from the Qassim region, Arabia. Data were collected using Maslach Inventory, Patient Health Questionnaire‐4 General Self‐Efficacy Scale. Pearson correlation logistic regression used analyse associations between variables. prevalence of risk (78.9%) observed. Emotional exhaustion detected 35.4%, depersonalisation 44.7% low personal accomplishment 57.8%. Anxiety ( r = 0.707, p < 0.01) 0.564, positively correlated exhaustion, while negatively −0.260, 0.05). Logistic analysis revealed that anxiety (OR 5.784, 95% CI: 2.056–16.269) 6.625, 2.979–14.737) predictors burnout. Targeted interventions are essential mitigate Specific measures could include mindfulness‐based stress reduction programmes peer support sessions reduce skill‐building workshops enhance self‐efficacy. Aim: To investigate conditions and nurses, to analyze influences their ideologies. Methods: A multicenter cross-sectional survey was conducted among 203 nurses working in three tertiary governmental hospitals across two cities Egypt. We utilized Scale Decent Work, which consists 15 items distributed five dimensions, assess level conditions. Additionally, Ethics Position Questionnaire, containing 20 divided into categories—idealism relativism—was used evaluate Pearson correlation linear regression analyses were applied data. Ethical considerations: approval from ethics committee, institutional permission, informed consent participants obtained for data collection. Results: The findings indicated levels moderate, while relatively high. Stepwise multiple revealed idealism predicted by dimensions work—organizational values, hours allowing free time rest—along with overall score. Meanwhile, relativism presence physically interpersonally safe Conclusions: Nurses experiencing characterized high organizational values adequate rest are more inclined adopt idealistic ideology. those tend embrace relativistic Implications clinical practice: Identifying relationship between can assist hospital administrators fostering promote appropriate

Objective This study examines associations between Psychological Capital, management, community nurses, exploring their collective impact on professional well-being. Methods We employed a cross-sectional, correlational design with convenience sampling method, recruiting 148 nurses from Tanta University Educational Hospitals. The Compound Capital Scale (CPC-12), Coping Orientation Problems Experienced Inventory (Brief-COPE), Generic Job Satisfaction (GJSS) were used for data collection. Pearson’s correlation multiple regression analyses assessed relationships predictive values variables. Results demonstrated positive correlations PsyCap ( r = .44, p < .001) management .39, .01). Multiple analysis showed that accounted 29% variance 26% effectiveness. Self-efficacy, optimism predictors satisfaction, self-efficacy showing strongest association (β 0.33, .007).
