Background:
Gastric
cancer
(GC)
is
the
fourth
leading
cause
of
cancer-related
deaths
worldwide.
Helicobacter
pylori
infection
a
major
risk
factor,
but
other
microbial
species
may
also
be
involved.
In
context
an
earlier
proteomics
study
serum
and
biopsies
patients
with
gastroduodenal
diseases,
we
explored
here
simplified
microbiome
in
these
(H.
pylori,
Acinetobacter
baumannii,
Escherichia
coli,
