With the increasing global disaster risks, constructing more inclusive, flexible, and resilient communities has become crucial for effectively carrying out prevention, mitigation, relief work. However, existing research on community resilience mostly focuses selection of key factors assessment resilience, lacking in-depth exploration interactions between simulation studies paths. Therefore, this paper applies Fuzzy Decision-Making Trial Evaluation Laboratory (Fuzzy DEMATEL) method to select important resilience. Based this, maximum average difference entropy is used analyze relationships influence mechanisms among different factors, thus identifying paths affecting The Cognitive Map (FCM) then simulate study finds that can be categorized as input, intermediary, output types, further analysis their reveals four factors. Through pathway simulation, improvement states are observed when triggering input-type under limited resources, a phased systematic approach enhancing should adopted. contribution lies in providing comprehensive methods, through it offers scientific basis decision support improving practice.
