As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, there is an increasing reliance on community health workers (CHWs) to achieve its control especially in low, and middle-income countries (LMICs). An increase demand for their services challenges they already face make them prone mental illness. Therefore, a need further support well-being of CHWs during pandemic.We organised workshop Zoom deliberate relevant components intervention package supporting LMICs pandemic. We used thematic analysis approach summarise deliberations from this workshop.Participants identified hub coordinating CHW activities, care coordination team manage health, training programs aimed at improving work performance taking communication system that keeps touch with colleagues, family, communities serve. They cautioned against confidentiality breaches while handling personal information favoured tailoring interventions unique needs CHWs.
